Returns Policy:

All sales are final unless the items sold are found to be defective. An exchange or a refund can be given. Please contact us before making a return. If approved, returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Shipping and insurance are not refundable.

Warranty Claims:

For warranty claims, please contact the manufacturer.

International Buyers – Please Note:

We will ship worldwide. As soon as we receive your payment, we will put through your order with the manufacturer. They will ship the order to our shop, then once we receive it, we will ship the order to you by USPS.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
